An SAP Inside Track (SIT) is a local grassroots community event where SAP Community members come together to share knowledge about SAP related topics. The event is driven/organized by the community, everyone who is interested may participate. Everyone can benefit or contribute: act as presenter, take part in discussions, exchange information, realize networking or enjoy the social get-togethers in the evening.

In working through the exercises you'll also become comfortable with various facilities that CDS offers for declaring, relating and exposing entities, and familiar with how the SAP Cloud SDK covers connectivity and destinations, supporting such integration scenarios with CAP.

DJ focuses on integration and extension topics on the SAP Business Technology Platform. He runs a regular live-stream on the SAP Developers “Hands-on SAP Dev” show and enjoys sharing his curiosity on many SAP development topics. He read Classics at university, has worked on SAP systems since 1987, co-created the SAP Community, and is a lifelong learner.

When is the SIT taking place?

The SAP Inside Track will be on the 21st of March 2025 at the SAP offices in Madrid.

Can I just attend the SAP CodeJam or do I need to attend to both events?

The SAP CodeJam and the SAP Inside Track are separate events and you can attend just one event if you wish so.
